  2. You will also receive separately a username and a password for your account for the said validity period that your have subscribed for.
  3. All done. This is all! You are welcome to login into the system and start using it for your practice.

Is this a course ?
No this is not a course. This is a subscription plan for IDES connection for your practice.
What is the system configuration for IDES connection?
You get access to remote IDES system for the plan and configuration you select while making payment. In case you need more information still you may please write to us on [email protected].
What Is Included in the Price of Your Subscription?
Access to the IDES system during the full duration of your subscription.
Basis support via e-mail. Our technical team will be happy to help you with resolving any problems related to Basis that you might face during the period of your subscription.
What Is Not Included in the Price of Your Purchase?
No developer key is provided with Functional IDES. Developer key comes only with ABAP IDES
functional support (questions and problems related to customizing basic org structure or master data) is not included in the purchase.

When will I receive my access details?
Once you purchase a subscription plan, within 24 hrs you will receive logon id and password in a separate mail with appropriate validity as per your plan selected.
What if I am not able to connect after purchasing?
This does not happen unless sometimes maybe when you try to access IDES from a network which is behind a firewall for which we can't do anything. Our IDES servers are up and running and you will be able to access our IDES server from anywhere in the world.
Please note that no refunds will be granted once a purchase is made.
